Spring Blog Festival. March 14-16, 2014

The Spring Blog Festival (SBF) is 3-day blog festival showcasing bloggers, their work, and valuable tips for blogging for reflective practice or with students.

This event takes place online on WizIQ, on March 14-16, 2014.  Highlights include: Why blog?, background to blogging, famous bloggers, getting started, and best practices and challenges involved in blogging.

The conference organizers are Dr. Nellie Deutsch, Sylvia Guinan, and Shelly Sanchez Terrell.

As part of the presenters at the Spring Blog Festival, SBF, I'll be delivering the webinar 'Challenging Future e-Teachers to blog e-projects' on Friday 14 March 2014, at 19:00 CET - 14:00 EDT.

This webinar will show you a University experience with 30 future Primary teachers from Spain currently doing a Master’s Degree for The Use of ICT and Digital Resources in Primary Bilingual Education in which they are challenged to design an e-project where collaborative blogging is the main focus. Their final blogging e-projects, under construction at the moment, will be officially introduced into larger collaborative educational initiatives nation and worldwide along May and June 2014.

I am happy to invite you all to join the rest of presenters and myself in this online creative weekend, with the warmest welcome from all of us.
