Vegetable pie




Ingredients (12 people)

  • ½  kg cabbage
  • ¼  kg potatoes
  • ¼  kg French beans
  • ¼  kg carrots
  • ¼  kg cauliflower
  • ¼  kg green peas
  • 3 scoops of homemade tomato sauce
  • ¼ l milk cream
  • 8 egss
  • garlic
  • salt


Step 1:
In a saucepan with water and salt, boil all the vegetables for about 15 minutes.

Step 2:
In a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, sauté all the vegetables with the garlic (which must be removed)

Step 3:
Once sautéed, the vegetables must be blended in a food and, with a wooden spoon, mix them with the homemade tomatoe sauce, eggs and cream.

Step 4:
Pour the mixture into a baking pan, previously covered with butter and bread crumbs, and bake it in a bain marie.

Step 5:
When introducing a knife into the baking, if it comes out clean, the cake is ready. Just let it cool and unmold it later.
