Forget about multitasking, try monotasking

Are you a multitasker or a monotasker? 

Define yourself and find reasons for your self-definition.

Discuss in groups

Give personal examples of multitasking activity results, illustrate them with as many details as possible.

Think of the advantages and disadvantages of being a supertasker.

What, if any, is your multitasking reality? Would you like to downgrade it?

Now, let’s put his advice into practice: focus on just one task, and turn your digital senses totally off. Are you able to do that? If so, what task are you focusing on and why? Have you found your monotask spot?
