Step 6: Get movingYou don't have to go to a gym, you can exercise anywhere, walk rather than drive, walk rather than taking the bus
Step 7: Don't skip mealsIt's important to eat regular meals, especially breakfast, because if you don't your energy levels will drop and you will be tempted to eat the wrong things at the wrong time.
Step 8: Drink plenty of waterDrink plenty of water, at least 6 glasses a day. Sometimes when you think that you are hungry, you might really be just thirsty. Keeping body's water levels up stops you from craving food when you are not really hungry.
Step 9: Cut down on alcoholBooze is fun but it contains lots of calories which the body store as fat, so, limit your drinking.
Step 10: Breaking your diet is normalYou are allowed to indulge yourself once in a while eat healthily most of the time.
